http://www.transformersonline.com This site has a bunch of cool Wallpaper as well as some Episode Downloads that aren't airing anymore, very cool site.  Also check out the Flash movie on there, it's pretty cool.

http://www.bigbot.com  Probably the most professional transformers site I have ever seen.  Everything you can possibly think of is here at this site.  There is even a dating service, hahaha.  Go there and you can do everything pretty much except download episodes, which isn't bad at all.

http://www.tfarchive.com  This is the ultimate episode download site.  There are so many episodes here but you need a myspace.com account.  There are details on how to do it all at the site.
